Welcome to Chapati Box. By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or purchasing a subscription plan.
1. Subscription Service
Chapati Box provides subscription-based homely meal delivery services in selected delivery zones.
Available plans may include:
• Trial Meal Plan
• 5 Day Meal Plan
• 22 Meal Plan
• Family & Office Plans
2. Meal Delivery
Delivery timings are approximate and may vary depending on:
• Traffic conditions
• Weather conditions
• Operational delays
• Delivery location
Customers are requested to be available during delivery timings.
3. Delivery Zones
Our services are available only in selected delivery areas.
Chapati Box reserves the right to:
• Accept or reject delivery requests based on serviceability
• Modify delivery zones anytime without prior notice
4. Payment Policy
All subscription plans are prepaid.
Accepted payment methods:
• UPI
• Google Pay
• PhonePe
• Paytm
• Bank Transfer
Orders will be confirmed only after successful payment.
5. Pause Requests
Meal pause requests must be submitted at least 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
Rules:
• Pause requests before cutoff time → Approved
• Pause requests within cutoff time → Automatically Rejected
Pause approval depends on subscription terms and operational feasibility.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refunds or replacements may be provided only in genuine cases such as:
• Wrong order delivered
• Missing items
• Quality-related issues
• Non-delivery
Chapati Box reserves the right to investigate and approve refund claims.
7. Food Preference & Taste
We follow low spicy preparation suitable for most customers.
Taste preferences may vary from person to person.
Menu items may change based on:
• Ingredient availability
• Seasonal requirements
• Kitchen operations
8. Subscription Validity
Subscriptions must be used within the validity period mentioned in the selected plan.
Unused meals may expire after the subscription validity period.
9. User Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
• Providing accurate delivery details
• Being available during delivery timing
• Maintaining respectful communication with staff
10. Service Limitations
Chapati Box may temporarily suspend or modify services due to:
• Maintenance
• Operational issues
• Public holidays
• Unavoidable circumstances
11. Intellectual Property
All branding, logos, content, menus, and materials related to Chapati Box are the intellectual property of Chapati Box and may not be copied or reused without permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
Chapati Box shall not be held responsible for:
• Delays caused by external factors
• Incorrect addresses provided by customers
• Issues arising due to customer food allergies not disclosed in advance
13. Changes to Terms
Chapati Box reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
