We currently offer Trial Meal, 5 Day Meal Plan, and 22 Meal Plan subscriptions.

Can I try before subscribing?

Yes. Trial Meal option is available for first-time customers.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes. You can upgrade your subscription anytime based on availability.

Food & Quality

Is the food freshly cooked?

Yes. All meals are freshly prepared daily in our hygienic kitchen.

What type of food do you serve?

We serve simple North Indian homely meals including Dal, Rajma, Chole, Paneer, seasonal sabzi, Rice, Chapati, and Salad.

Is the food spicy?

We follow low spicy preparation suitable for most customers and families.

Is the food oily?

No. We focus on balanced home-style meals with controlled oil.

Do you use frozen food?

No. Fresh ingredients are used daily.

Are meals vegetarian?

Currently, all meals are vegetarian.

Delivery FAQ

Which areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver across Dwarka and selected nearby delivery zones.

What are the delivery timings?

Lunch deliveries are approximately between 12 PM – 2 PM and Dinner deliveries between 7 PM – 9 PM.

Is delivery included in subscription plans?

Yes. Delivery is included in subscription plans based on delivery zones.

What if my delivery is delayed?

Our support team will update you immediately in case of any unexpected delay.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, with prior notice and only within our supported delivery zones.

Payment FAQ

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and Bank Transfer.

Is advance payment required?

Yes. All subscription plans are prepaid.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. Pause requests must be submitted at least 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

Can unused meals be adjusted later?

This depends on prior notice and the terms of your selected subscription plan.
